STEP IT UP Exercise Class
A fun, energetic stretch and exercise class designed to burn calories and strengthen/tone the muscles using combined aerobic and dance techniques. We’ll start with low level stretches, build up to easy but effective exercise combinations and finish with cool down exercises all to music from Big Bands to Pop bands. Please join us for some fun.
A Core Workout
Using Floor Barre, dance and training techniques to improve Core Strength, Balance and General Flexibility. No dance experience required - Wear comfortable clothes (gym wear) - Bring a hand towel - Sneakers or dance shoes. Bring exercise pad for floor work if needed
A Weight Loss Clinic
Using Core Workout, Step Aerobics, Aerobics and Resistance training to maximize calorie burn in a fun, no judgment atmosphere. Eating plans and nutrition tips. Consistency with food and exercise is essential for success.
