Form and execution are essential in any kind of fitness training and that is my goal as a trainer.  I have been dancing and teaching for over 30 years.  I train people in postural balance and flexibility where form is everything.  How effectively one executes the exercise is the goal.  These are key elements in both dance and fitness training.  I use easy, gentle and consistent methods including yoga, Pilates, calisthenics and common sense to help you achieve realistic fitness goals.

I’m passionate about getting everyone up and moving.  I’m also passionate about fitness being fun and part of everyone’s everyday life instead of a chore that “has to be done”.  I have proven methodologies for weight loss training, correcting muscular imbalances and overall fitness that will guide you to better health.  Whether in a private training or a group class you will find my exercises both enjoyable and effective.
