In House Training – professional, personal training in the privacy of your home. There are plenty of exercises that do not involve gym equipment. We will start with stretching and flexibility training. Then progress to balance, core and resistance training. We will also be doing some calorie burning cardio routines to help increase heart health and improve your ability to exercise.
Groups Classes (ongoing and available now)
· A Core Workout – Basic Core work for the entire muscle group. Low impact on joints but effective at activating the core musculature (abdomen, back, sides).
· Step It Up – A low/medium impact, exercise and stretching class. A fun, more energetic, calorie burning workout done to music from Big Bands to pop bands.
